Listen to our in-depth conversation with integrated nutrition health coach, Lindsey Kaszuba. She helps women make food and lifestyle changes tailored specifically for them. Lindsey teaches people to integrate health into their lifestyles. 

Lindsey discusses her lifetime interest in health and wellness. Becoming a certified health coach taught her about the mind-body-soul connection. She also learned the importance of finding what works for individuals and not the latest trend. Lindsey also learned (and now teaches others) to have a fulfillment mindset instead of a deprivation approach when it comes to making healthy choices.  

What is a “health coach”?
A Health Coach is part Nutritionist and part Life Coach. She has a holistic approach to finding what makes YOU specifically thrive and feel well. 

Lindsey’s advice on helping care for yourself:
Always make time for yourself, even just a few minutes. Write out your health and lifestyle goals. Break each into tiny steps that are achievable. Celebrate completing each one!

Lindsey’s Parenting Experience:
Patience is her biggest challenge, which she works on daily. Lindsey has a constant focus on teaching her kids to be strong, resilient, and manage their emotions. She also discusses a pivotal point in her parenting journey. 

Final Thoughts:
Having a life full of health does not have to be a big scary thing. Focus on finding the activities that work best for YOU, add them into your life, and stop focusing on what you should NOT be doing. A fun, fulfilled, happy lifestyle IS possible while still being healthy and taking care of yourself.
